As an Entry Level Representative, one learns the fundamentals of our client portfolio. Receive paid training in effective execution of in-store marketing campaigns, brand management for one or more accounts, as well as customer-client relations for one or more of our Fortune 500 Clients. Our representatives are the first line of contact for new and existing customers and one must excel in communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
The Account Manager is responsible for multiple in-store marketing campaigns throughout the territory. The Account Manager will participate in the training and development of Representatives through our Award Winning system. Account Managers will also be cross-trained in business development to assist in conducting interviews, social media marketing, and/or financial reporting.
The Assistant Manager responsibilities turn more towards behind the scenes business operations. The Assistant Manager will learn how to do payroll, budgeting and financial reporting and analysis as well as how to efficiently manage the human resources and administrative department. The most important role of the Assistant Manager is the planning and execution of market expansion--our globally renowned clients are looking for us to grow into their massive footprint.
The Director's role encompasses managing the day to day operations of the business. The Director is responsible for managing multiple in-store marketing campaigns in the territory while enforcing compliance and excellence standards for all clients and business partners. The Director must master business process improvements and be able to analyze and forecast market trends to maximize the market share.
